Daredevil 354
Currently Daredevil 354 is listed before Amazing Spider-Man 413 in both Peter Parker and Ben Reilly's chronologies. I just finished reading Book 4 of the Spider-Man: Complete Ben Reilly Epic and they have Daredevil 354 placed right after ASM 413 which makes more sense because in the DD issue Reilly mentions the fact that he just fought Mysterio, which he did in ASM 413, and Peter is hanging out with Ben Urich, which J. Jonah Jameson tells Peter to do in ASM 413. Seems like a no brainer to me unless someone else sees a problem.

Yeah, there was a thread a while ago that pointed that out, along with a number of other problems with Clone Saga continuity: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4942. Not sure if anything was ever settled or not. It was a very confusing time for Spider-Man comics, and that's not even getting into all the flashbacks from Ben and Kaine's time on the road.
