Wolverine vs. Blade v1 #1

This is meant to take place years ago. From the dialogues it would seem the first meeting between Wolverine and Blade after BLD5 5, but in this story Dragoness becomes a vampire and apparently dies. However, she appeared in many stories in the Utopia period and has reappeared even more recently in X-Men: Blue, without showing signs of vampirism.

I wonder if this story could be placed before X-Necrosha, thus explaining Dragoness' resurrection and his recovery from vampirism (it's a stretch, I know). In this way it should be placed even before Curse Of Mutants, which would be the next meeting between Blade and Wolverine.
It could perhaps be a problem for the presence of Doctor Strange in his Sanctum Sanctorum, given that it would be in the middle of the Dark Reign period.

So, the first part of the story (pp 1-7) is set "years ago" in Madripoor, and sees Blade and Wolverine, in X-Force uniform, fighting against vampires. The two remember their previous meeting (BLD5 5).

Then (pp 8-40) we move on to "Six months later" and we see Wolverine in New York fight and impale Dragoness, who has become a vampire. He then turns to Strange (who wants to be called Doctor Strange) for information, and jokingly asks if he hadn't had to turn to the Sorcerer "Supremely" Supreme. Strange appears to be wearing Eye Of Agamotto.

So, if we have to take Dragoness into account, she appears in XL@ 1 in normal conditions and therefore in NATX 1/3, which is placed after X-Necrosha. If we attribute her resurrection and her recovery from vampirism to the work of Selene and the transmodic virus, then the second part of the story should take place between these two stories.

Strange's presence could be problematic, since at that time (after NA 51-54) he would no longer be Sorcerer Supreme, but Wolverine's joke could refer to that. It looks like it has Eye of Agamotto but it can also be another similar amulet.

As for the first part of the story, it should be set after the formation of X-Force, given the Wolverine costume. Immediately after the first mission of X-Force, however, Wolverine is in Bangkok in W: DG /2, in Japan in L 1-3 and then in Russia in UX 495. This period is excellent for placing the clash in Madripoor.
In this period Blade is "free", it is placed after BLD5 12 and before the VANGUARD serial on M/CP2 1-12 ((or rather, according to the corrections that I proposed here, before his appearances in CB&MI13). It is not clear whether his hand is bionic or not.

I doubt a better explanation for Dragoness' resurrection can be found. The Amulet of Agamotto is a problem, but not a major one.

Wolverine has WV.BLD 1 (8-40) after H2 17, and Thing has H2 17 after NA 59-60, that's putting WV.BLD 1 after NA 59-60 for Dr. Strange.
