Blade in M/CP2 1-12 and CB&MI13 5-9

I noticed some problems with the serial Vanguard on Marvel Comics Presents Vol. 2.

The story must unfold after Secret Invasion, as Stacy Dolan and Brett Mahoney appear there after ASM 584. They cannot appear earlier because Stacy Dolan after M/CP2 1-12 will no longer be a policewoman.

The problem stems from Blade's presence as Vanguard's agent. Blade appears in CB & MI13 5, arriving by plane from the USA to the UK, saying they had problems with the Skrulls over the Atlantic. In addition, Spitfire and Union Jack simultaneously fight against Sons of the Serpent who sympathize with the Skrulls.

This would mean that CB & MI13 5-9 would take place very soon after the end of Secret Invasion, when Skrull forces would still be present on Earth. During that time, Spider-Man should be busy researching Luke Cage and Jessica Jones' baby (NA 48), so ASM 584 should take place after CB&MI 13 5-9.
Nothing prevents Blade from being simultaneously an agent of Vanguard and MI13, in any case (indeed, it would make more sense). Also in CB & MI13 he talks about a bionic hand (it was like this from BLD5), and in the Vanguard finale we see that when he is tortured it seems that Colonel America destroys and restore his hand with telekinesis.
So it would make more sense that the whole Vanguard serial is placed, for Blade, between CB & MI13 9 and 10.
Other characters should not be affected by this change.

If we are going to move the Vanguard serial for Blade, we have to make some small shifts for the characters that appear throughout the series, Mr. Fantastic, the Thing and Ms. Marvel. These are all apparitions that can happen in any context. Indeed, in the case of Ms. Marvel it works much better before DA 1-FB, since she collaborates with the Police without any problem.

Also, Outlaw Kid appears in M/CP2 4/3, not M/CP2 4
