Brother Voodoo & the Drumm brothers

We have Brother Voodoo listed as:

BROTHER VOODOO/DANIEL DRUMM/JERICHO DRUMM

Daniel was Brother Voodoo, but died. Jericho took his place as Brother Voodoo, and Daniel's spirit was linked to Jericho. This all happened in Brother Voodoo's origin story.

OK, so they're a "team" character, like the Brothers Grimm or the Blood Brothers. We don't always see Daniel (in spirit form) but we know he's always there.

However, we also have this:

DRUMM, JERICHO

The two chronologies are the same until we get to DRSTR3 18, then the Brother Voodoo listing has a bunch of appearances while Jericho has nothing, then they both have GR3 85, then Brother Voodoo has a bunch of other appearances while Jericho has nothing else.

Why do we have a separate listing for Jericho? Isn't Daniel the dead one?

If we should have two listings, shouldn't Daniel's name be removed from the Brother Voodoo list? And the solo Jericho listing be changed to Daniel?

Also, if there's two listings, shouldn't Daniel be -BTS in all of those other Brother Voodoo appearances? (like Ghost Rider/Zarathos)
