FLASHBACKS:
Years ago, Crawley and Victor Neumenon journey to a spider-dimension, where Victor is turned into a sorror-fly and Crawley is never heard from again (1). Uncle Ben eases young Peter Parker’s fear of spiders (2).

SYNOPSIS:
In another dimension, Dr. Strange contemplates until his doorbell rings. Returning to Greenwich Village, he receives a delivery. Meanwhile, Spider-Man is attacked by the Vulture. The two fight in mid-air until they crash through an apartment's window. Meanwhile, Dr. Strange looks over his new purchase from Atlantis Books, the lost journal of Albion Crawley "Liber Infinitas." However, the book is booby-trapped and opens a webwaze energy stream to a spider-dimension. Spider-Man defeats Vulture, but the apartment's resident is upset when Spider-Man calls the cops to his place. Vulture is posessed by Daddy Longlegs, a spider-demon, and attacks Spider-Man with an insecticide spray. The apartment resident takes his frustration out on the Vulture. Spider-Man falls out the window and falls through a window to pass out in a bathtub. Meanwhile, Dr. Strange looks through Crawley's journal. Meanwhile, Spider-Man wakes up while Daddy Longlegs is capturing his soul. Dr. Strange notices a noise in his bathroom and finds Spider-Man in his bathtub. Despite Dr. Strange trying to stop him, Daddy Longlegs escapes to the spider-dimension with Spider-Man's soul. He brings Spider-Man to King Korozon, who wants to eat the hero.

Spider-Man: Fever #2

FLASHBACKS:
Peter Parker is bitten by a radioactive spider and the burglar breaks into the Parker home (both are reproduced Steve Ditko art, no new information). M’Matrixx lays the egg that will one day become the radioactive spider that gives Peter Parker his spider-powers.

SYNOPSIS:
Spider-Man wakes up surrounded by spider-demons arguing over whether they're allowed to eat him. To decide if he's spider or human, Spider-Man is put into the insect gate. If Spider-Man can capture the sorror-fly, then he's spider, and King Korozon will eat the fly. If Spider-Man can't, then he's human, and he'll eat Spider-Man. Meanwhile, Dr. Strange follows Spider-Man into the spider-dimension. In his travels Dr. Strange meets Pugly and Fetch Doggy Fetch, two dog-demons looking for their master M'Matrixx. Dr. Strange throws M'Matrixx's wand so they can play fetch, then follows them. Meanwhile, Spider-man is overcome by visions of his past, given to him by a spider claiming to be the spider that gave him his powers. Dr. Strange comes across an Australian sorceress Ms. Ningirril, and frees her from a spell. She says she saw Spider-Man and helps Dr. Strange find him. Meanwhile, Spider-Man finds the sorror-fly, who reveals the spider with Spider-Man, the one who claims to have given him his powers, is the child of M'Matrixx.

Spider-Man: Fever #3

APPEARANCES:
Spider-Man, Dr. Strange, King Korozon (Albion Crawley), Victor Neumenon, Pugly, Fetch Doggy Fetch, Daddy Longlegs, Driddle, M’Matrixx (corpse), the radioactive spider

SYNOPSIS:
Victor tells Spider-Man that the spider-demons have been weakened over the years. Meanwhile, King Korozon grows hungrier and wonders if his hunger will ever end. Meanwhile, Dr. Strange follows M'Matrixx's wand that he threw earlier. Victor shows Spider-Man M'Matrixx's corpse as the spider tries to convince Spider-Man to stay in the spider-dimension. The wand forcefully lands in M'Matrixx's face, causing an avalanche. They're saved by Pugly and Fetch Doggy Fetch, and they're all joined by the arriving Dr. Strange. Dr. Strange heals Spider-Man and reverts Victor to a human appearance. Given a fake sorror-fly, Spider-Man returns to King Korozon, who is pleased to finally eat his nemesis. The spiders are poisoned by the fake sorror-fly and Victor attacks with an army of stag beetles. Ms. Ningirril arrives to help out, and the spider-demons are defeated. Victor and Ms. Ningirril decide to stay with Pugly and Fetch Doggy Fetch while Dr. Strange takes Spider-Man back to Earth. As they say their goodbyes, Spider-Man notices that the hand gesture he makes to spin his webs is the same that Dr. Strange makes to cast his spells.

NOTE:

Adrian Toomes active as the Vulture places this sometime before Punisher War Journal v2 #15.

Dr. Strange is in his “classic” status quo here, check this out for details, but it’s at least before World War Hulk for Dr. Strange.

Spider-Man is in his classic red&blues, which means before the end of Civil War for Spider-Man (why? Because during World War Hulk Spider-Man’s wearing his black suit. He starts wearing his black suit at the end of Civil War, so sometime before that).
