Johann Schmidt as a boy in Munich (born in 1914), he sees Hitler during the putsch and kills dogs while working for a dogcatcher.
(Pak doesn't follow the birth date of 1899 given by DeMatteis in #298, which was anyway very early for Schmidt being a bellboy and trained as a soldier in the 30s)

Berlin, Nov 1926
Johann finds haven from a Jewish shopowner and his daughter Emmy.
In March 1927 while the family is attacked he kills another boy and steals the cash.

Berlin 1933 p 1-7 Schmidt following the orders of Beckert murders a nazi. Later he meets Dieter who is now a communist

Sept 1933 1-15 Johann at Nuremberg watching Hitler and Röhm. He's in the SA but wants to join the SS. However they make fun of him and beat him up.

Three months later
p 16 Dieter Lehmann is released from Dachau at Christmas after having been sent there for reeducation
p 17-20 Johann bursts on a communist meeting between Dieter and two friends and announces they're going to kill Hitler

Bad Wiessee, later that day
pp 5-7 Johann and Dieter infiltrate the Hotel Dieter dresses as bellhop
pp 8-11 The attempt is thwarted as the SS round up and kill the SA
pp 12-13 Johann and Dieter exchange costumes
pp 14-18 They go to Hitler's room, bringing food. Dieter pulls a gun on Hitler, Johann stops and kills Dieter before he understands what's happening. Hitler looks at Johann and asks his men to release him.
pp 19-20 SA cleanup continues. Röhm is killed (2 July 1934), Johann in SS uniform beside Hitler.
