Complete list of Namor's 1940s/50s and 2000s appearances?
Does anyone know where to find a complete list of every Golden Age ('40s) and Atlas Era ('50s) comic that Namor has appeared in? The MCP doesn't fully cover this period.
From the listings, I understand that Namor appears in the following:
Golden Age:
All-Winners Comics #1-4, 19, 21
Human Torch Comics #2-4, 5A, 5B, 6-8, 27
Marvel Comics / Marvel Mystery Comics #1-10, 17, 82
Motion Picture Funnies Weekly #1 (unreleased)
Namora #1-3
Sub-Mariner Comics #1-32 (the MCP only lists some issues, but I assume he appears in all of them)
Atlas Era:
Human Torch Comics #36, 38
Men’s Adventures #27-28
Sub-Mariner Comics #33-42
Young Men #24-28
Did I miss any?
Also, the MCP stops covering Namor's appearances around 2004 or so. Can anyone help me generate a complete list of all his appearances *since* that time, right up to the present day? He was a big player in Dark Reign, and now that he's joined the X-Men, I imagine he's made a passel of ancillary appearances.
Wikipedia claims that (outside of the X-books) he's appeared in:
Black Panther v5 #1
Captain America v5 #47-48
Dark Avengers #6, 8
Dark Reign: Fantastic Four #2
Hulk #10
Incredible Hercules #122-123
Mighty Avengers #24
But I'm sure there are more. Can anyone verify these appearances, or list others?
Thanks in advance to any Golden Age and present-day historians who can help me out!

Uhmmm... Well, in this moment I have in my hands Captain America: Reborn 3 and Namor appears, both in flashback and in present day sequences.
Later I'll check where he appears since Secret Invasion (before I can't, sorry).

Re: Complete list of Namor's 1940s/50s and 2000s appearances?
Jeph, do you also want flashback stories that were published after 2004? For example, Iron Man Legacy 6, feature Namor and the story is set around IM 188 (from 1984), although there's some debate about whether or not the story is in continuity.

Re: Complete list of Namor's 1940s/50s and 2000s appearances?
Yes, I'd like to hear about flashback stories too -- like the Avengers/Invaders mini that Midnighter mentioned, which features 1940s-Namor -- I need that info as well. I believe '40s-Namor also appeared in some issues of The Marvels Project, right?
Thanks, Midnighter! Keep it up!

Thanks for your replies, everyone. Keep 'em coming!
Question: in SIEGE: THE CABAL, Dr. Doom appears before Norman Osborn and demands that he "produce Namor." Osborn refuses and a fight ensues. Was Osborn holding Namor captive at this time? I don't recall Osborn ever capturing him. Is this a BTS for Namor? Why is Doom making this demand?

Osborn sent Marrina against Namor in Dark Reign: The List - X-Men, so I think that Doom was asking to stop to attack Namor. I don't think that we have to considerate Namor BTS.JephYork wrote:Thanks for your replies, everyone. Keep 'em coming!

Re: Complete list of Namor's 1940s/50s and 2000s appearances?
Yes, at the start of "Siege: the Cabal", Doom demands that Osborn "cease his campaign against Namor", which we saw in Dark reign: the List: X-Men. But Doom *also* demands, several times, that Osborn "produce Namor". Meaning, "bring Namor to me right now." Which seems to imply that Osborn is holding Namor captive -- or at least that Doom believes that Osborn is holding Namor captive.
Since Osborn didn't capture Namor in that List one-shot ... did he capture him anywhere else? Did Osborn and Namor have *any* post-Utopia encounters besides DR:List:X-Men?

But Osborn say that he could destroy Utopia if he want, but he doesn't only for respect to Doom. So Namor is meant to be on Utopia.JephYork wrote:Yes, at the start of "Siege: the Cabal", Doom demands that Osborn "cease his campaign against Namor", which we saw in Dark reign: the List: X-Men. After DR The List: X-Men I can't recall any other encounter between Namor and Osborn.
By the way, I think that Siege: The Cabal happens before Doomwar, becouse the loyalty of Doom to Namor.
