Daredevil Black & White

[Leoparis]

In the first story Daredevil has a shuriken in the arm before going to sleep and dreaming of his blindness being healed. Based on his dream, he got this shuriken fighting against Bullseye who would be BTS.
The story was placed circa DD2 52, after the Kingpin was arrested, one of the rare clues in this story.
Another clue is that Spider-Man wears the black costume per a newspaper front page and this does not fit with the DD2 52 placement.

The newspaper says, "Wanted Spider-Man Reward for Capture"

A Daily Bugle editorial by Ben Urich is titled, "Pin Stripes, the invisible reign of Wilson Fisk?"
The Kingpin is a "white man in prison" "in a cell in Sing-Sing" He's behind the scene sending Bullseye to kill exotic dancer Cindy Wilson.

The Bugle editorial points to Fisk's ability to commit crime from prison, something particularly on display in ASM 542, where Spider-Man is back in black and wanted for siding with Captain America during Civil War. The newspaper could be a slightly older one, before Urich resigns in CW:FL 10. Bullseye has to appear before he's recruited for the Thunderbolts. This occurs in the weeks in the middle of DD2 93. DDB&W makes no mention of Murdock's current status. In DD 93 Vanessa Fisk is mentioned as the person responsible for getting Foggy under protection, as hiring Murdock to defend Kingpin and then as dying, which warrants a BTS tag.

The second story features Murdock as a lawyer and was placed circa DD 241. But by DD 241 Murdock is not a lawyer anymore, he lost his licence in DD 228 and recovers it ca DD 300. And by DD 300 it is the Kingpin who has fallen.

Kingpin mentions Murdock's identity so much that it must be recent knowledge. It is mentioned the events narrated by the Kingpin occurred over the last six months. Given that there is a six-month interval in DD 227 during which Kingpin checks the information and then plans Murdock's ruin and that he also spent six months ruining the life of Mr Ridge, I'd place them both together so that Kingpin appears here just before the main story in DD 227 (after the prologue).
