M/S-H3 8 is cover-dated Jan 1992 and was placed right after A 340, Oct 1991. Due to the lack of savage green Hulk late 1991, USQG2 16 (12 - 17) was placed circa 1986, too early to follow M/S-H3 8/3, which features an Iron Man armor from 1988-92. Yet USQG2 16 (12 - 17) mentions the Iron Man meeting. And her history at the Marvel.fandom site confirms meeting Iron Man before Hulk.

The Iron Man armor seen in M/S-H3 8/3 appeared from IM 231, Feb 1988, to Nov 1992. So if a savage green Hulk can be found after these dates, we can restore the intended chronology of first meeting Iron Man in M/S-H3 8 and then Hulk in USQG2 16 (12 - 17) in her California home before her first NYC superhero mission.

The savage green Hulk resurfaces in IH2 372, Aug 1990 and fights for dominance until 377, Jan 1991 (circa Iron Man 259, Aug 1990 - 264, Jan 1991) when the three personas get merged into the Professor Hulk persona. USQG2 16 (12 - 17) can therefore take place in the break between IH2 373 & 374.

So you just need to move M/S-H3 8/3 the year before to have it before USQG2 16 (12 - 17) as intended. M/S-H3 stories are inventory stories anyway, e.g. M/S-H3 9/2, Apr 1992, was placed right after A@ 19, Sep 1990.
