A 38 and TOS 88/2 - Minor details

Panel ordering for all characters is well done for those two stories which occur at the same time, except for a few minor details. Listing for Cap goes like this:

CAPTAIN AMERICA/STEVE ROGERS
...
A 38 (1 - 7:4)
TOS 88/2 (1 - 2:1)
A 38-FB --> CHANGE TO A 38 (9:1)-FB (should be identified since we do so for other panels)
TOS 88/2 (2:2 - 6:5) --> CHANGE TO TOS 88/2 (2:2 - 6) (as was done for Swordsman and Power Man)
A 38 (9:2)
TOS 88/2 (7 - 10)
TOS 89/2
...

Also, since last appearance for Cap in A 38 is in panel 9:2, shouldn't it be listed as A 38 (9:2-20)?
