Flashback in SGTF 11

Listings for Nick Fury and Happy Sam Sawyer both has this sequence:

The flashback in SGTF 11 includes one panel (9:6) where Happy Sam is given a medal and the narrative by Colonerl Parker says: "He and his Howlers are one of the most decorated fighting units in the entire command." On that panel, we can see not only Sam Sawyer and Fury, but in the background, Dum Dum Dugan is clearly seen with Fury. And the little head to the right is what looks like Izzy Cohen, with his trademark helmet and small moustache. -- Remember that in this series, common soldiers never wear anything outside the traditional uniform. Trademark hats were attributed to each Howler to help the readers identify them.

So if Izzy is present, this panel occurs after the Howling Commandos all meet for the first time in SGTF 34 (19:4 - 19:9)-FB. I recommend the following changes to the listings:

Because of the narrative, one can also assume that the other Howlers are OP, but since it's only an assumption, I'm not making any suggestions for them. I leave it up to your judgement to decide if they should have that OP appearance.
