Blob and Toad in FANGELS 1

Why are Blob and Toad listed as behind the scenes in FANGELS 1? In FANGELS 1, Roberto says of Magneto "he was a villain and led the Blob, the Toad, and the Vanisher, all evil mutants who wanted to conquer and supplant humanity". And we see a picture of Magneto, Blob, Toad and Vanisher together. This seems to be an error- Vanisher was a member of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants in Champions 17 but they were operating independently of Magneto in that issue- he never worked for Magneto. It's either a flashback or Roberto getting a story he heard third-hand wrong- it's definitely not a BTS.
