M3 15 (4 - 5)-FB

I'm seeking thoughts on the placement of the first flashback in M3 15.

Magneto visits Xavier. It is a genial visit.

Cyclops appears not to know Magneto, but we can fudge that a little, since he first sees Magneto without his helmet in X 63 or so.

Magneto appears to have recently learned about Cerebro (didn't he HELP Xavier build Cerebro?), and questions Xavier about his new school.

These clues place this flashback between X 42/2 and X 1, but I'm looking for more specific placements for Xavier, Magneto and Cyclops.

After looking at all chronologies concerned and noting the work being done on the building in M3 15 (4 - 5)-FB and the half-empty shelves, I'd place this just after Scott's enrollment. Either before or after he receives his costume at the end of X 42/2.
