Captain America in SENSH 22

Since the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Master Edition #18 (appreciate the Appendix for the reference) states that the Captain America seen in SENSH 22 is William Nasland and not Jeff Mace, in whose chronology listing this issue is currently placed, the chronologies need to be corrected and SENSH 22 should be placed in a time when Nasland was still alive... Unfortunately, I'm not very familiar with these characters, so I can't help.

OK. It requires moving everybody else. Blonde Phantom appears in addition to the flashback in SENSH 22.
The Blonde Phantom first appeared in All Select Comics 11 (Sept 46).
The switch from Nasland to Mace occurred either in July or later.
