We have a flashback to the first meeting of the Illuminati. It takes place just before NA:ILLUM (1 - 10). While waiting for the arrival of the Black Panther, Iron Man and Dr Strange discuss the magical values of masks.

For Strange and Sub-Mariner I refer to my posts on Dr Strange retirement period and Sub-Mariner 1971-73 where I reestablished for both a chronology matching the internal clues and the publication dates. I explain there why M/FEA 1 can only take place earlier than the formation of the Illuminati.
