It's clearly supposed to be the Masters of Evil vs the Avengers, Zemo and Captain America's pose is from A 277 cover. It has to happen during the brief fight between Captain Marvel and Moonstone, at a time when Captain America is free : I've put it between A 276 (20:3) and (20:4).

PM&IF3 6 (3:1 - 3:4)-FB : "Some time ago," Luke Cage is angry with War Machine because he blew up a building. Falcon, Shang-Chi and White Tiger are here. I couldn't place it. The cast looks like Mighty Avengers vol.2, and the scene could be during Infinity, but Jim wore the Iron Patriot armor at this time, and his War Machine armor here looks like an old one. Seemingly at the same time, in PM&IF3 6 (4:2 - 4:6)-FB, She-Hulk kisses Iron Fist in his white costume because he has saved her life. And in PM&IF3 6 (10&11:5)-FB, the New Avengers (Luke Cage, white Iron Fist, black costume Spider-Man, Wolverine, Dr. Strange, Spider-Woman) fight the Mighty Avengers (Iron Man, Wasp, Ms. Marvel, Black Widow, Wonder Man, Sentry, Ares). Couldn't place it neither.


PM&IF3 7 (10&11:6 - 10&11:10)-FB + (10&11:12 - 13)-FB : Danny Rand is a child in K'un Lun, Thunderer sends him in a cave so he can fight his demons.
PM&IF3 8 (2:1 - 2:4)-FB : still a kid, Danny willingly goes back to this cave.
PM&IF3 8 (2:5)-FB : he's still doing it around 16 years old


P11 6 (4 - 16)-FB : Frank Castle and Olaf are Marines, they do a last mission in the desert.


UGP 6 (1)-FB : Miles Morales is still in the Ultimate Universe, he doesn't know how his spider-sense works yet. He meets a student, who will bomb their school later on Earth-616.


MSM4 12/2-FB : This backup is a Black and Red Widows story, and has FB summarizing events told in prose novels from Margaret Stohl. The Red Widow was introduced in SHIELD50A:M/2.

The White Tiger's presence limits indeed your options. Falcon joins in #4. The events of Iron Patriot #1-5 (damage to armor, death of his father in the Iron Patriot armor) might have prompted him to use an older armor.

This places Rhodes after Iron Patriot #5 and the Mighty Avengers between #9 and #10.

Seemingly at the same time, in PM&IF3 6 (4:2 - 4:6)-FB, She-Hulk kisses Iron Fist in his white costume because he has saved her life.

I'm not sure that "Also some time ago" necessarily indicates the same event, but in the absence of any other clue... His next companion, Brenda, in Iron Fist Living Weapon 1 is a new one as he miscalls her Barbie. Iron Fist between MA2 7 and IF:LW 1. She-Hulk between She-Hulk 6 and MA2 10.

And in PM&IF3 6 (10&11:5)-FB, the New Avengers (Luke Cage, white Iron Fist, black costume Spider-Man, Wolverine, Dr. Strange, Spider-Woman) fight the Mighty Avengers (Iron Man, Wasp, Ms. Marvel, Black Widow, Wonder Man, Sentry, Ares). Couldn't place it either.

In NA 36 the New Avengers overcome by symbiotes fight the Mighty Avengers. Cage is the only New Avenger not taken over. The picture is thus symbolic rather than factual.

That turns out to be a plot point. The woman is Brenda Swanson, illegitimate daughter of Harold Meachum. She approaches Iron Fist as part of a revenge scheme against her father's enemy. She learns a lot about him, but he is not particularly invested in their romantic relationship. He keeps forgetting her name, and variously calls her "Debbie", "Barbie", "Christie", and "Karyn". She thinks that he is a jerk.

The earliest flashbacks are those in issues 6 and 7, which are "38 years ago" and "34 years ago" They date to before Tony Stark's birth. His step-brother Arno was born before him so IM5 10-12 takes place earlier (roughly 40 years ago, this fits with Ross being a lieutenant in these). This is further confirmed by Howard Stark saying "Maria, we'll try again." (referring to the previous attempt in IM5)

Nick Fury's sons, Marcus & Mikel were born next, BSCARS 5-FB & M/GN:W/NF-FB. They're about the same age, with maybe Marcus slightly older.
