The Unicorn appears in a flashback scene on pages 6-7 of IM 115. Although the latter part of this sequence is speculation by Iron Man's Memory Extractor, page 6 panels 1-4 appear to be actual memories extracted from the Unicorn, in case it makes a difference. It probably doesn't, as the flashback is already noted in Titanium Man's chronology.
