Kyle Richmond appears in a flashback during Dr Strange 29. The flashback takes place "a couple of weeks ago" before Defenders 58-60, and DS2 29 takes place immediately after DEF 58-60.

On a related note, i strongly suspect (yes, i know) that DEF 58-60 & DS2 29 takes place prior to MSM 18, which is set in mid-February. Therefore, Yellowjacket's appearance in DS2 29 probably ought to be placed prior to MSM 18. Do i have any more substantial proof? Not really. It's just the way everything seems to hang together.
