Igor Drenkov in IH2 393 and H:WG?

Igor "Sklar" "Starsky" Drenkov has a listing for events in and around IH 1, but it mysteriously does not include IH2 393 or H:WG, in both of which he plays a fairly significant role much later in his life (and he's not listed in either of those issues). Have I missed some reason he wouldn't count as appearing in them?

I prefer the name "Drenkov" which I think was first used in the (imaginary) flashback in IH2 145.

It seems to me that the appearance in IH2 393 should be included. I'm not familiar with the Winter Guard story.
