Cap's chronology has a gap between CA 162 & CA 163, but the story flow continues straight from CA 162 into CA 163 without a break. CA 162 ends with Cap and Falc accepting an invitation to join Peggy, Sharon and her parents at their estate in Virginia. CA 163 has them all arriving at the estate and getting Peggy settled. The natural break occurs between CA 163 & CA 164, which starts a "week" later. Cap and Falc have been staying at the estate, which has apparently become general knowledge. There's no reason Cap couldn't commute up to New York for his adventures in Avengers and Marvel Team-Up during his stay in Virginia. In fact, i'm sure it would be expected by his hosts that he would do so.
