Here is another sequence that needs some attention to make sure all the storylines are aligned in several interconnected arcs that occur at the same time according to in-comics references: the return of Hydra, mainly in Strange Tales, the Red Skull threat in Tales of Suspense and the Black Widows' Far East mission in Avengers. My analysis is mainly based upon the sequencing of Captain America, Nick Fury and the Black Widow's appearances.

The whole run spans over less than a week so I would keep them in one block, unless the titles currently in between are somehow related. Note that several issues from Tales of Suspense (both for Iron Man and Cap stories), Tales to Astonish (at least the Hulk run and Namor in TTA 83-88) and Daredevil have been addressed in my previous posts and should not be considered here. As for TTA 90-91, placing it right before the Strange Tales 150-155 and Avengers 34-40 block sounds like a good idea because it has to occur anywhere before Avengers 40. Might as well drag along the Incredible Hulks 621/2 issue that was right before it in your listing. This is my breakdown:

Incredible Hulks 621/2
Tales to Astonish 90-91: Namor faces his cousin Byrrah.
Strange Tales 150-153: Fury's suspicions reveal true when Hydra returns with the threat of the Overkill Horn. SHIELD manages to destroy the weapon and Fury rescues Laura Brown when she got kidnapped by Supreme Hydra who has been switching identities several times. The Hydra leader takes on another identity as Agent Bronson to infiltrate SHIELD. (Since this spans over several days, it's better to place this where it does not contradict any of the three titles' events and chronology.)
Avengers 34 (1 - 15:5): The Living Laser tries to win the Wasp's heart by defeating Goliath. When has that ever worked! Bill Foster resumes his research with Giant-Man. The Avengers capture the Living Laser but the villain escapes.
Avengers 34 (15:6 - 20): The Living Laser tweaks his weapon and some time later, he wrecks havoc across the city. He captures Captain America, Hawkeye and the Wasp. (These two could be merged since the Tales of Suspense 81-83 run in between precedes the Sons of the Serpent arc).
Avengers 35 (1 - 20:5): Goliath frees Cap and Hawkeye while the Living Laser tries to gain control of Costa Verde, bringing the Wasp along. The male Avengers track him down, and with his restored ability to shrink to ant size, Goliath frees the wasp and the team overthrows the land's dictatorship.
Avengers 35 (20:6 - 20:7): Cap gets a visit from an unexpected visitor. (These two could be merged since there is not apparent time gap in between.
[Avengers Battle the Earth-Wrecker*]: Not sure about this one.
Avengers 36-37: Hawkeye fails to get the Black Widow in the team. The Avengers are lured to Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver's home town where Ixar intends to steal their superpowers to conquer the universe. With the help of the Black Widow, the team defeats Ixar and his Ultroids.
Strange Tales 154-155: While Fury tries to find the identity of Supreme Hydra, the fake agent Bronson puts in motion an attack on the Helicarrier, which fails, and manages to frame Laura Brown as Supreme Hydra. Confined to his quarters by the President, Fury puts agent Bronson in charge. (This takes longer (maybe 2 days) than any time gap in Avengers 38 and Strange Tales 88/2-90/2 that span over a few hours at most.)
Avengers 38 (1-8:5): On her way to a meeting with the Avengers to decide if she join the team, the Black Widow is abducted by Nick Fury who sends her on a secret mission to the Far East. The Enchantress puts Hercules under a spell.
Tales of Suspense 88/2 (1 - 5): Hearing that Bucky may be alive, Cap is lured to Sea Gull Island where he is attacked by Power Man and the Swordsman.
Avengers 38 (8:6 - 9-1): The Avengers get a message from Cap who needed to leave.
Avengers 38 (9:2): Cap is seen fighting Power Man and the Swordsman.
Tales of Suspense 88/2 (6 - 10): After beating Power Man and the Swordsman, Cap learns that the mastermind behind this intends to hold cities hostage inside giant floating bubbles.
Avengers 38 (9:3 - 20): The Black Widow tells the Avengers that she is leaving America. The Avengers defeat the Enchantress and break her spell on Hercules. They offer their hospitality to Hercules who has just been banned from Olympus by Zeus.
Avengers 39 (2:3-2:6)-FB: The Black Widow steals blueprints for the Navy's A-Sub.
Avengers 39 (1-4:5): A few hours later, the Black Widow's theft hits the news. While Fury is satisfied of his double-agent's work, Hawkeye is convinces that she is not a traitor and decides to investigates.
Tales of Suspense 89/2: The Red Skull pits Captain America against a robot, then against an embittered Bucky who happens to be a robot as well.
Avengers 39 (4:6-20): While Captain America is away from the Avengers, dealing with the Red Skull. the Mad Thinker seizes the opportunity to get rid of the Avengers, but he fails because he omitted Hercules in his calculations.
Tales of Suspense 90/2: Cap follows the Red Skull back to New York where the villain traps the city within a flying bubble. He promises he will do whatever the Red Skull wants for 24 hours if he does not burst the bubble and drop the city.
Avengers 40: The Black Widow steals a plane from Gen. Ross military base to fly across the Pacific. The Sub-Mariner intervenes when US Navy's torpedo testing threaten Atlantis. After the New York City has been released of the Red Skull bubble, Cap sends the Avengers on a quest to find the Cosmic Cube. This mission leads them to a battle with Namor during which the Cosmic Cube ends up in the Mole Man's subterranean world.
Avengers 41 (4:3-7)-FB: After landing in the Far East, the Black Widow becomes a victim of the Psychotron because Colonel Ling believes she failed her mission to destroy the Avengers.
Tales of Suspense 91/2: As Captain America's 24-hour deal is about to end, he is forced to tell the Red Skull the location of America's best atomic submarine. The villain takes mental control over its crew, but the ship was to be destroyed and explodes after the Red Skull takes possession of it.

Avengers 41 (4:3 - 7)-FB cannot occur before Avengers 40. In Avengers 40, she is seen leaving America on a stolen plane with stolen blueprints (Bad girl!) in the Avengers 41 flashback she has arrived in the Far East with the plans for the sub and meets again with Dr. Yen who brainwashed her months ago. It should be places very shortly after A 40 because the scene start with her still aboard the plane. For that reason, I would place it right after Tales of Suspense 91/2 (see my last post).

The Official Index for Spider-Man place Amazing Spider-Man 44-46 after Thor 141 which follows X-Men 27. X-Men Index does not mention Thor 141 (which is behind the scenes where photos taken by Parker are mentioned), but places X-27 between AMS 43 and 44. Therefore, I would move the entire block in red right after Thor 141.

Also, according to Official Index for Spider-Man, Amazing Spider-Man 46 is followed by Fantastic Four 61, which is ok in your list, but Amazing Spider-Man 47 is followed by Daredevil 27, so I would place Daredevil 26 after Fantastic Four 63.

Tales of Suspense 79-80 was listed in the ENGAGEMENT OF REED & SUE TO DEFEAT OF GALACTUS list, but somehow you had not included Tales of Suspense 77-78 in that list. Since the whole Tales of Suspense 73-78 run spans approximately over one day and a half and that they were published in the first semester of 1966, I thought it best to include them in the other list. And that run is rather continuous. I know that you try to keep the integrity of the Marvels 3 timeline, but placing Tales of Suspense 79-80 before 77-78 kinda breaks the flow and storyline of the original comics.

Those issues weren't supposed to get mixed up, but they did. I'm moving TOS 79-80 out of the previous list, and placing them after TOS 77-78 in this list to keep in line with Marvels 3.

As for Thor's run in Thor 131-133 which I did not include in the previous list, except for Thor taking back Hercules in Thor 131 (1-3:2), it needs to be broken down a bit because a lot happens during such a journey and it can't possible be done in a single day. He freakin' travels across galaxies! Here is a suggestion, but I only commented on Thor issues to explain why they were split this way:

Now this sequence contains many scenes that occur at the same time, but your list does not seem to reflect it. That sequence is rather complex because it deals with many arcs that are interconnected: Boomerang and the Secret Empire, Them and A.I.M., the Sub-Mariner and the Hulk in New York, the Cosmic Cube and the Sons of the Serpent. Whew! Allow me to show you the way I broke it down in an order that illustrates the storyline progression of these arcs:

Amazing Spider-Man 42-43 and Daredevil 20-23 are placed too far apart. They do happen simultaneously and Daredevil even makes an appearance in AMS 43 in the middle of the Daredevil 22 issue. I would place them right after X-Men 27 (6:6 - 8:2)-FB, but would not insert any other issues in between unless they are part of the same story. Here's how I break them down:

Daredevil 20: Matt Murdock is abducted by the Owl's goons so that he can represent Judge Lewis in the villain's court.
Amazing Spider-Man 42 (1-6:1): Foswell hears the news that Spider-Man has robbed a bank. Spores give John Jameson super-strength.
Amazing Spider-Man 42 (6:2-8-2): Foggy Nelson replaces Matt Murdock in court to defend Rhino because he is out of town. Narrative references Daredevil 21 where the hero is held prisoner by the Owl. Rhino breaks out of his cell.
Daredevil 21: Daredevil escapes the Owl and leaves the erupting volcanic island with Judge Lewis on a mechanical owl.
Amazing Spider-Man 42 (8-3-15:2): John Jameson tries to capture Spider-Man who barely escapes.

The Hulk run that appears in your list between Daredevil 22 (1 - 3:2) and Daredevil 22 (3:3 - 20) is mostly continuous, spans over several days too long to be placed inside the Daredevil story IMHO, especially in the Hulk vs Abomination arc, and I would keep them together like you did. There is no immediate interaction with any of Hulk's characters, except for Gen. Ross who appears in Avengers 40 after this Hulk sequence, so it could go anywhere before that issue Therefore I would simply place Tales to Astonish 85/2-91/2 right after last item in this suggested list. Also, I've not read it but my guess is to keep Savage Hulk 1 (41 - 51)-FB right before the Hulk run?

Tales to Astonish 86-87 (conclusion of the Namor vs Krang long arc) should go right after Tales to Astonish 85 since it continues the same story. Tales to Astonish 88-91 can be anywhere before Avengers 40 (according to Official Index for Avengers), so I would place TTA 88-89 right after my above suggestion for the placement of Tales to Astonish 85/2-91/2. Might as well bring along the Alpha Flight 5/2-8/2, Sub-Mariner 14-FB and Strange Tales 147/2-150/2 that follow it in your list. For TTA 90-91, I'm addressing it in a later post. There is no immediate interaction with any other character before Avengers 40, so my suggested location the last two TTA segments is just an educated guess.

According to Official Index for Iron Man, timeline for Captain America indicates that Tales of Suspense 85/2-87/2 should precede Avengers #34.

Here is another sequence that needs some attention to make sure all the storylines are aligned in several interconnected arcs that occur at the same time according to in-comics references: the return of Hydra, mainly in Strange Tales, the Red Skull threat in Tales of Suspense and the Black Widows' Far East mission in Avengers. My analysis is mainly based upon the sequencing of Captain America, Nick Fury and the Black Widow's appearances.

The whole run spans over less than a week so I would keep them in one block, unless the titles currently in between are somehow related. Note that several issues from Tales of Suspense (both for Iron Man and Cap stories), Tales to Astonish (at least the Hulk run and Namor in TTA 83-88) and Daredevil have been addressed in my previous posts and should not be considered here. As for TTA 90-91, placing it right before the Strange Tales 150-155 and Avengers 34-40 block sounds like a good idea because it has to occur anywhere before Avengers 40. Might as well drag along the Incredible Hulks 621/2 issue that was right before it in your listing. This is my breakdown:

Tales to Astonish 90-91: Namor faces his cousin Byrrah.
Strange Tales 150-153: Fury's suspicions reveal true when Hydra returns with the threat of the Overkill Horn. SHIELD manages to destroy the weapon and Fury rescues Laura Brown when she got kidnapped by Supreme Hydra who has been switching identities several times. The Hydra leader takes on another identity as Agent Bronson to infiltrate SHIELD. (Since this spans over several days, it's better to place this where it does not contradict any of the three titles' events and chronology.)
Avengers 34 (1 - 15:5): The Living Laser tries to win the Wasp's heart by defeating Goliath. When has that ever worked! Bill Foster resumes his research with Giant-Man. The Avengers capture the Living Laser but the villain escapes.
Avengers 34 (15:6 - 20): The Living Laser tweaks his weapon and some time later, he wrecks havoc across the city. He captures Captain America, Hawkeye and the Wasp. (These two could be merged since the Tales of Suspense 81-83 run in between precedes the Sons of the Serpent arc).
Avengers 35 (1 - 20:5): Goliath frees Cap and Hawkeye while the Living Laser tries to gain control of Costa Verde, bringing the Wasp along. The male Avengers track him down, and with his restored ability to shrink to ant size, Goliath frees the wasp and the team overthrows the land's dictatorship.
Avengers 35 (20:6 - 20:7): Cap gets a visit from an unexpected visitor. (These two could be merged since there is not apparent time gap in between.
[Avengers Battle the Earth-Wrecker*]: Not sure about this one.
Avengers 36-37: Hawkeye fails to get the Black Widow in the team. The Avengers are lured to Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver's home town where Ixar intends to steal their superpowers to conquer the universe. With the help of the Black Widow, the team defeats Ixar and his Ultroids.
Strange Tales 154-155: While Fury tries to find the identity of Supreme Hydra, the fake agent Bronson puts in motion an attack on the Helicarrier, which fails, and manages to frame Laura Brown as Supreme Hydra. Confined to his quarters by the President, Fury puts agent Bronson in charge. (This takes longer (maybe 2 days) than any time gap in Avengers 38 and Strange Tales 88/2-90/2 that span over a few hours at most.)
Avengers 38 (1-8:5): On her way to a meeting with the Avengers to decide if she join the team, the Black Widow is abducted by Nick Fury who sends her on a secret mission to the Far East. The Enchantress puts Hercules under a spell.
Tales of Suspense 88/2 (1 - 5): Hearing that Bucky may be alive, Cap is lured to Sea Gull Island where he is attacked by Power Man and the Swordsman.
Avengers 38 (8:6 - 9-1): The Avengers get a message from Cap who needed to leave.
Avengers 38 (9:2): Cap is seen fighting Power Man and the Swordsman.
Tales of Suspense 88/2 (6 - 10): After beating Power Man and the Swordsman, Cap learns that the mastermind behind this intends to hold cities hostage inside giant floating bubbles.
Avengers 38 (9:3 - 20): The Black Widow tells the Avengers that she is leaving America. The Avengers defeat the Enchantress and break her spell on Hercules. They offer their hospitality to Hercules who has just been banned from Olympus by Zeus.
Avengers 39 (2:3-2:6)-FB: The Black Widow steals blueprints for the Navy's A-Sub.
Avengers 39 (1-4:5): A few hours later, the Black Widow's theft hits the news. While Fury is satisfied of his double-agent's work, Hawkeye is convinces that she is not a traitor and decides to investigates.
Tales of Suspense 89/2: The Red Skull pits Captain America against a robot, then against an embittered Bucky who happens to be a robot as well.
Avengers 39 (4:6-20): While Captain America is away from the Avengers, dealing with the Red Skull. the Mad Thinker seizes the opportunity to get rid of the Avengers, but he fails because he omitted Hercules in his calculations.
Tales of Suspense 90/2: Cap follows the Red Skull back to New York where the villain traps the city within a flying bubble. He promises he will do whatever the Red Skull wants for 24 hours if he does not burst the bubble and drop the city.
Avengers 40: The Black Widow steals a plane from Gen. Ross military base to fly across the Pacific. The Sub-Mariner intervenes when US Navy's torpedo testing threaten Atlantis. After the New York City has been released of the Red Skull bubble, Cap sends the Avengers on a quest to find the Cosmic Cube. This mission leads them to a battle with Namor during which the Cosmic Cube ends up in the Mole Man's subterranean world.
Avengers 41 (4:3-7)-FB: After landing in the Far East, the Black Widow becomes a victim of the Psychotron because Colonel Ling believes she failed her mission to destroy the Avengers.
Tales of Suspense 91/2: As Captain America's 24-hour deal is about to end, he is forced to tell the Red Skull the location of America's best atomic submarine. The villain takes mental control over its crew, but the ship was to be destroyed and explodes after the Red Skull takes possession of it.

I like your breakdowns for A 38-40 & TOS 88/2-91/2, and i agree that ST 154-155 needs to be moved out of A 38, but it has to go after this sequence, not before. Fury can't be giving orders to Black Widow while he's confined to quarters and Bronson's in charge of SHIELD. This is also how the MCP lists Fury's chronology. I believe the earlier part of your sequence stands as is due to the situation mentioned in the previous post.

Avengers 41 (4:3 - 7)-FB cannot occur before Avengers 40. In Avengers 40, she is seen leaving America on a stolen plane with stolen blueprints (Bad girl!) in the Avengers 41 flashback she has arrived in the Far East with the plans for the sub and meets again with Dr. Yen who brainwashed her months ago. It should be places very shortly after A 40 because the scene start with her still aboard the plane. For that reason, I would place it right after Tales of Suspense 91/2 (see my last post).

The Official Index for Spider-Man place Amazing Spider-Man 44-46 after Thor 141 which follows X-Men 27. X-Men Index does not mention Thor 141 (which is behind the scenes where photos taken by Parker are mentioned), but places X-27 between AMS 43 and 44. Therefore, I would move the entire block in red right after Thor 141.

How come Strange Tales 159 (5:2 - 12) is so far away from Strange Tales 159 (1 - 5:1)? While Fury's soliloquy mentions that he could sleep for a week, the narrative on the panels below seems to suggests that Fury went to UNIT the very next day. In either case, your listing indicates that panels 159 (1 - 5:1) occur in late fall while (5:2 - 12) are close to next summer. I know Sleeping Fury had a lot of rest to recuperate but a nine-month gap (or nap) is a bit much.

Still, since I'm not 100% sure that he spent only one night at home, I can live with the hypothesis visit to UNIT was not made the next morning. So I would at least recommend moving Strange Tales 159 (5:2 - 12) right after Avengers 44 (19:6 - 20). That would fit with the Official Index for Avengers and MCP which both place the whole A 44 story during that gap while Fury acts behind the scene during the Avengers trip to rescue the Black Widow who got captured by the Reds during her mission for SHIELD.

As for the Project: Blackout arc in ST 160-161, the main storyline could follow ST 159, but there could be a small gap in between as the story does not clearly establish how long after Cap's visit to SHIELD they actually went into action and summoned Jimmy Woo. Same goes for the Yellow Claw arc in ST 162-167. There could easily be some time between Fury's briefing to Woo and his investigation on the Yellow Claw. I know there has to be some time for the Gaff to come up with the new vehicle Fury asked him in ST 159, but I would not place it too far away from the conclusion of Project Blackout because the case still seemed urgent and the Yellow Claw was about to set his new plan in motion. In any case, all these issues are way too close to Sgt. Fury Annual #3 which, as I said, occurs 9 months after Hydra's defeat.

Even though the narrative place this story not far behind last issue by the use of "lately" when referring to their first encounter with the Plunderer, your lists places it about six month later, if you take into account the seasons you noted on issues nearby. I don't think that Namor would wait that long to put into motion the plan he had to attack the Plunderer. That's out of character. I'd say maximum two or three days since he does not have to organize an army. Therefore, if you really need to place a gap between issues 95 and 96, I'd move Tales to Astonish 96-98 and Tales to Astonish 99/2 right after Tales to Astonish 94/2-96/2.

That being said, the Hulk sequence that starts with Tales to Astonish 97/2 leads right to Tales to Astonish 100. Since there is no indication of time after the Hulk gets back to Earth after his adventure with the High Evolutionary, no more than there is after the Sub-Mariner saved a war between Atlantis and the surface world in Tales to Astonish 99/2, I say we could leave the Hulk arc with the Living Lighting where it is in the 1967-1968 listing. It is plausible that many months have passed after the conclusion of the arcs for Namor in TTA 99/2 and Hulk in TTA 96/2.

Also, looking at the High Evolutionary's timeline, there are a few flashbacks that are not included in your listings. Of couse, I won't mention those who are obviously pre-Birth of FF. Looking at your current listing, Thor 134-135 occurs during summer break. Tales to Astonish 94/2 (6:2 - 6:3)-FB describes how he and his New Men have built themselves a new home but once they were done, the New Men started to show some violent behavior. This should take place many months after Thor 135, considering the time to get to a new planet (in Marvel Universe, that is) and to build their city. Then we have to consider the time it takes for the creatures to completely go wild in Tales to Astonish 94/2 (6:4)-FB, say up to a month after, and the time it takes for the High Evolutionary to set stations on Earth to collect animal specimens before Tales to Astonish 94/2. Without any other references on the timeline, the following suggestion is somewhat random, but consistent with my assumptions:

How come Strange Tales 159 (5:2 - 12) is so far away from Strange Tales 159 (1 - 5:1)? While Fury's soliloquy mentions that he could sleep for a week, the narrative on the panels below seems to suggests that Fury went to UNIT the very next day. In either case, your listing indicates that panels 159 (1 - 5:1) occur in late fall while (5:2 - 12) are close to next summer. I know Sleeping Fury had a lot of rest to recuperate but a nine-month gap (or nap) is a bit much.

Still, since I'm not 100% sure that he spent only one night at home, I can live with the hypothesis visit to UNIT was not made the next morning. So I would at least recommend moving Strange Tales 159 (5:2 - 12) right after Avengers 44 (19:6 - 20). That would fit with the Official Index for Avengers and MCP which both place the whole A 44 story during that gap while Fury acts behind the scene during the Avengers trip to rescue the Black Widow who got captured by the Reds during her mission for SHIELD.

As for the Project: Blackout arc in ST 160-161, the main storyline could follow ST 159, but there could be a small gap in between as the story does not clearly establish how long after Cap's visit to SHIELD they actually went into action and summoned Jimmy Woo. Same goes for the Yellow Claw arc in ST 162-167. There could easily be some time between Fury's briefing to Woo and his investigation on the Yellow Claw. I know there has to be some time for the Gaff to come up with the new vehicle Fury asked him in ST 159, but I would not place it too far away from the conclusion of Project Blackout because the case still seemed urgent and the Yellow Claw was about to set his new plan in motion. In any case, all these issues are way too close to Sgt. Fury Annual #3 which, as I said, occurs 9 months after Hydra's defeat.

Even though the narrative place this story not far behind last issue by the use of "lately" when referring to their first encounter with the Plunderer, your lists places it about six month later, if you take into account the seasons you noted on issues nearby. I don't think that Namor would wait that long to put into motion the plan he had to attack the Plunderer. That's out of character. I'd say maximum two or three days since he does not have to organize an army. Therefore, if you really need to place a gap between issues 95 and 96, I'd move Tales to Astonish 96-98 and Tales to Astonish 99/2 right after Tales to Astonish 94/2-96/2.

That being said, the Hulk sequence that starts with Tales to Astonish 97/2 leads right to Tales to Astonish 100. Since there is no indication of time after the Hulk gets back to Earth after his adventure with the High Evolutionary, no more than there is after the Sub-Mariner saved a war between Atlantis and the surface world in Tales to Astonish 99/2, I say we could leave the Hulk arc with the Living Lighting where it is in the 1967-1968 listing. It is plausible that many months have passed after the conclusion of the arcs for Namor in TTA 99/2 and Hulk in TTA 96/2.

Also, looking at the High Evolutionary's timeline, there are a few flashbacks that are not included in your listings. Of couse, I won't mention those who are obviously pre-Birth of FF. Looking at your current listing, Thor 134-135 occurs during summer break. Tales to Astonish 94/2 (6:2 - 6:3)-FB describes how he and his New Men have built themselves a new home but once they were done, the New Men started to show some violent behavior. This should take place many months after Thor 135, considering the time to get to a new planet (in Marvel Universe, that is) and to build their city. Then we have to consider the time it takes for the creatures to completely go wild in Tales to Astonish 94/2 (6:4)-FB, say up to a month after, and the time it takes for the High Evolutionary to set stations on Earth to collect animal specimens before Tales to Astonish 94/2. Without any other references on the timeline, the following suggestion is somewhat random, but consistent with my assumptions:
