I found another DD related discrepancy as I'm reading through these. According to dialogue on page 2 of Avengers 105 (and Black Panther's timeline), T'Challa helps maintain DD's secret identity in DD 92 before traveling to New York in Avengers 105. So it looks like the whole Project Four/Indestructible Man storyline from DD 90-94 might come before Avengers 105.

A small correction for either Cap's timeline or this chronology: Is there a continuity break between CA 162 and 163, as it's listed in Cap's timeline, or between CA 163 and 164, as listed here?

I like the way you have it here. It makes more sense to me that Cap would accompany the Carters to their residence in Georgia immediately after freeing Peggy in 162. We would just need to assume that enough time had passed for Cap's hands to heal between CA 163 and MTU 9. In that case, Cap's timeline would read
