W:O 28 (8 - 9&10)-FB Hulk vs Wolverine vs Wendigo

In FCBD09:W (22) (except the last panel, 22:3) the alert is received for Weapon X to be sent after the Hulk. In W:O 28 (8) Wolverine, without his mask on, is in the helicopter bringing him on site. In M/CP 59-FB Wolverine is in the woods tracking the Hulk. In X 139-FB he's watching Hulk vs Wendigo hidden behind a tree just prior to IH2 180.

W:O 28 (9&10)-FB has no place here, it's Wolverine jumping at Hulk & Wendigo, which is the same as IH2 181 (1). Apparently that sequence in W:O 28 was written to segue directly into IH2 181 rather than take into account IH2 180, M/CP 59-FB & X 139-FB. The next pages of W:O 28 (11 on) which feature a slightly different battle between the three characters have not been included. They show Wolverine with the wrong mask anyway so omitting pages 9&10 is a natural extension of omitting 11 on.

The current sequence reads: receiving the alert, fighting Hulk & Wendigo FCBD09:W (22), transported in helicopter, dropped on Hulk & Wendigo (W:O 28 (8 - 9&10)-FB), lurking in the woods (M/CP 59-FB), hiding behind a tree (X 139-FB), calling out to and jumping on Hulk & Wendigo (IH2 180-181).

(Since the published index does not mention pages, nothing here contradicts the Wolverine index.)
