Leader BTS in CE 1 and IH 439?

In CE 1 and IH 439, Omnibus appears and plots against the Hulk. In IH 436-442. Omnibus is possessed by the spirit of the Leader, whose body died in IH 400 and appears to Omnibus in reflections. Shouldn't the Leader get a BTS in these issues? Omnibus even is drawn as the Leader in one panel of IH 439.

I agree the Leader is present and actually deserves more than a BTS since he's visible in reflections and speaks through Omnibus. Maybe my earlier post will be reconsidered. Also mentioned here.

The Leader's appearance in SAVH had been omitted from the listing because of his earlier death but the concurrent IH2 issues show him manifesting through Omnibus, and this SAVH appearance fits well in the context of IH2 437-439's storyline (Leader's latest attempt at world domination).
