There is nothing in the Angel story that supports it takes place in New York City, not even a trace of skyscrapers. The Angel has had adventures in many places outside his city so we cannot assume this one is in NYC. Furthermore, the mayor seen here has white hair and moustache, features which the real-life mayor never had when he was mayor. So I'm wondering what document was this addition based on. If there is nothing official to support it, I would remove it.
