Nine months from conception, sure. But when did she find out? It's not like people know the day it happens; she likely had to miss a period first before she thought about taking a test, and that could have been a month or two later.

I note that in A5 36, when Sam and Izzy are back on the farm with Josiah, Sam describes him as a "mutant-superhuman-superguardian hyper-gestated baby"--the implication there is that Shi'ar technology sped up the gestation!
Also, while I'm here, it looks like the timeline of NA3 33 is trickier than it seems: Doom's attack on the Beyonders happens when he's traveled backward in time, and its consequence is the bit with "the number of universes went from hundreds of thousands down to less than two dozen" that we see on the final page. But we saw a reference to that earlier--so it happened shortly before A5 35, it appears. In NA3 29 (7), Reed notes that learning that information had been "the catalyst of our recent activity."
I don't know if this will help or just muddy the waters further, but this is what i have for those issues..

As of Superior Spider-Man Team-Up #5-7, Parker Industries already has its headquarters--so it has to at least be after SUPSM 20-21. SUPSMTU 8 happens shortly after 5-7--the Hatut Zeraze (or, rather, Hatut Zeraze robots!) appear, but they only mention their allegiance to Shuri, not T'Challa, so it's still fine for that to be after New Avengers 12.
But I think the only cue that SUPSMTU 5-8 take place (almost) immediately after Inhumanity is that there's smoke coming off of Manhattan in the first panel of #5. There's smoke in Manhattan lots of times... so I'd think that sequence would make more sense to move to fit between SUPSM 21 and 22.
Note that I may have misunderstood the question: Russ, you're asking when "Spider-Verse" takes place, but w/r/t what other things?
EDITED TO ADD: Col_Fury noted that "SUSMTU 5-8 is before Superior Foes because of Black Cat [and] Superior Foes is before SUSM 20-21 because of Black Cat." She may be the key to this particular problem. Or, again, I may be getting the whole question wrong...
OR: it may be that one of the timelines being quoted here is Otto Octavius's subjective timeline--where he gets pulled out of the middle of SUSM 19 to participate in Spider-Verse!

Isn't there time travel involved? From the standpoint of Octavius, it's the earlier time period. From Peter Parker's viewpoint it's the latter.
(Dan Slott came up with the story while writing Octavius in SUSM. Editorial told him this story should go through with Peter Parker, so Marvel returned Parker first.)

Ah! Yes. OK. Octavius gets yoinked into his future during SUPSM 19 to participate in Spider-Verse. Which is definitely after Original Sin, since ASM3 4-6 are during Original Sin.

Wait. Am I reading this right? Reed and Sue appear in Silk 2-6, with no cares in the world, in the middle of the incursions? I'll admit a lot of this incursion stuff makes my head hurt, but this may be a bridge too far.

Check Silk 6. We appear to see an incursion on the last page. Cindy is reading the note from Reed suggesting a therapist. She rediscovers the note at the bottom of the previous page.
Is it possible that Cindy studies that note for a LOOOOONNNNGGG time before reaching the conclusion to call the therapist? If so, that would free up 2-5 and most of 6 to move up to as far as immediately after SILK 1 (which still might not be great placement for Reed, but it least it wouldn't be so jarring).
