It splits a comic, but a really good place to put it would be between pages 3 & 4 of M/MC 37/2. It's 1942, and Namor has been lured aboard a German ship under the pretence of a truce, but they attempt to capture him. Namor escapes and begins a one-man war on German subs, costing the Führer millions of dollars in damage.
