Spider-Man and Spider-Woman (1981)
By ?

APPEARANCES:
J. Jonah Jameson, Spider-Man, Kraven, flight attendant, Spider-Woman, Man-Ape, the Grizzly, federal marshal

SYNOPSIS:
Kraven charges into Jonah’s office and announces that he’s going to San Francisco to capture Spider-Woman. Jonah sends Peter to San Francisco to get pictures. Meanwhile, Spider-Woman hears the news, but before she can prepare for Kraven she is ambushed by the Man-Ape and the Grizzly, who reveal that they’re working with Kraven. The whole thing is just a trap to capture Spider-Man, but Kraven promised them that if they capture Spider-Woman, they’ll have all of San Francisco to do with as they please. Before they can capture her, though, Spider-Man arrives and helps fight them off. Then Kraven appears, but he’s eventually captured. Spidey webs all three of the villains up and hands them over to the police. As he flies back to New York, Pete thinks Jonah is going to be pleased with the pics he snapped.

NOTE:
Once more, placement suggestions would be appreciated.

Should be between SW 37 (where Spider-Woman moves to San Francisco) and SW 47 (where she travels to Los Angeles, which leads to her falling into a coma and then retiring as Spider-Woman).

I'm wrong -- Jessica returns to San Francisco in SW49, and SW 50 happens in SF. So Spider-Woman's appearance can be between SW37 and SW 50, if that helps.
