From the point of view of the X-Men, I don't see many elements that can help with the placement. It certainly takes place after the first cycle of Excalibur, since it mentions what happened to Rogue, which in the meantime has recovered and is present on Krakoa.
Lorna is not wearing the X-Factor costume, but is also seen in X Of Swords wearing the old uniform when she is not operating with X-Factor.
I would say it also takes place after Deadpool and Wolverine meet in Black Cat 9-10.
From Deadpool's point of view, the events that should lead to the King In Black tie-in happen pretty fast, but there's also a pause in DP8 6 between Wade's return from Krakoa and the revelation of Elsa's dying. .

CM9 17 is a stand-alone story, and guest stars Spectrum, Hazmat, Spider-Woman, Wolverine, and Ms Marvel. Everyone's wearing warm clothing. Ms Marvel is in her classic costume, the others are all in civvies. It's after the mutants have gone public with Krakoa, and probably before Outlawed. It's definitely before Empyre. Maybe just before the events of XFOR6 1 for Wolverine. It's poker night, which is usually a saturday night in the MU.

Just a quick note that there are at least three HERBIE robots running around: the HERBIE that joins the Robot Revolution, another (specifically HERBIE 1.05) that is seen in Amazing Mary Jane, and a third new HERBIE that first appears in Dr Doom 2, which appears to take place after EMPYRE, or at least after IM 2020.

I was just going to do an update on Incoming & Emperor Hulkling, but they pulled in so many other issues between them that it became a good opportunity to tie up everything i'd gone thru so far. It's not fully comprehensive, as you'll see by missing 2020 titles, although what's missing should be pretty easy to slot in. On with the show..

Note: Leah Williams and Anthony Oliveira confirmed on Twitter that the photo of Prodigy and Speed togheter showed in X-Factor 7 is a reference to Lords of Empyre: Emperor Hulkling. So it's should take place before any appearance of Prodigy on Krakoa, as should be before his death and resurrection.

The whole of GOTG6 1-6 seems to take place during EMPYRE, elsewhere in the galaxy. It's definitely after Hulking becomes Emperor, which is immediately before EMPYRE. The Feb 16 date shown in issue 2 is pictured inside Moondragon's Mindscape, and i believe should be put down to artistic license. It represents the actual week in which issue 2 was released (Weds 19th Feb).

ASM5 38 says that BCAT@ 1 was "last month." As Midnighter points out, BCAT@ 1 should take place before BCAT3 12. I have it placed between BCAT3 10 & 11, much later than it's current position. It also says to be continued in Black Cat #11. I know Col_Fury has mentioned the "live feeds" before in connection to this issue, but i thought i'd mention that the feeds Chance initially shows to Foreigner may well have been file footage for demonstration purposes, before he shows the actual live feed of Spidey.
Also, the date shown in BCAT@ 1 of Nov 13 2019 is the date the issue was released, and should have no bearing on the issue's placement.
I really enjoyed this story.
Midnighter has also pointed out that all of BCAT3 6-12 & Annual 1 should be placed before Incoming, X-Men 4 and Marauders 4, a position that i agree with, and i've edited that placement into my list above. This also means that DP8 1-4 needs to be moved up as well.

Amazing Spider-Man: Sins Rising Prelude 1 is a "This Is Your Life" for Sin-Eater, but it takes place immediately before the final scene in ASM5 37 (18 - 20). There are short pieces at the end of ASM5 39, 41 & 43. I'm placing ASM5 39/2 after ASM5 38-40 so as not to interrupt the story, 41/2 before ASM5 40-43, and 43/2 after ASM5 40-43 for the same reason.

In the list above, i've moved Marauders up to before IM2020 due to this situation. I also just read that Miles Morales has been out of action since being kidnapped by the assessor, but is seen in action in FNSM2 11. Which means MIMOSM 10 needs to come before FNSM2 11

Also to be taken into account for the placement of MIMOSM 10 is the fact that the Amazing Spider-Man is being kept busy by the Savage Six, and it's (at least near) the start of a new semester.
