Now it can be told:

And as Mark Waid says on his facebook page, the handbook/index team are/have been helping out with this.
Neat!

Re: History of the Marvel Universe
Oh wow, I wonder how much material from the westerns, funny animal comics, 50s anthologies, and Hyborean material will be covered.
Edit: and if it will include any references to the tie-in comics based upon the Earth-92131 cartoons that the handbooks have established as taking place in the universe that preceded 616 (and is Galactus's home universe).

Woohoo this is fun. I especially like the annotations at the end.

It's interesting the "ret-con" about Tuk The Caveboy: placing his adventures after the birth of Inhumans (and so assuming that Inhuman's Attilan and Tuk's Attilan are the same) discards the dating give inside the story (50,000 BC) and place it about 25,000 BC.

As Mark Waid has been saying in interviews, he's planning on revealing some new bits (and clarifying some other bits) through this series. This is one of them!
Actually, Tuk was used as an example of one of these revelations in one of the interviews linked to above.

Though no Earth numbers are mentioned, it does mention that the Phoenix Force came from the previous universe.vanhornluke wrote: ↑Mon Mar 25, 2019 6:47 pm Edit: and if it will include any references to the tie-in comics based upon the Earth-92131 cartoons that the handbooks have established as taking place in the universe that preceded 616 (and is Galactus's home universe).

Sweet! Someone needs to analyze those old tie-in comics for the MCP. At the very least, the chronologies for Galactus and the Living Tribunal should reflect them.
