Stingray overlooked in A3#4

I've turned my attention to Avengers vol 3. And I'll start with a simple little problem.

Stingray is listed as BTS in A3#4 but not listed in the FB section. But he's actually in the FB as well.

8 chars are labelled BTS because they appear as mugshots in the main section while Captain America announces that they have left before the meeting to choose who will be in the new team. Many of the potential Avengers were in the FB to the previous day where they failed to capture Whirlwind. 3 of the leavers are in both categories and get listed as FB and BTS:- Darkhawk, Sandman and Spider-Woman (Julia Carpenter).

Stingray should be in that latter group. He *is* a mugshot listed as BTS. But he's also in 2 panels in the FB:- He's in the full-page group shot on p2, behind and between Sub-Mariner and Falcon. He's in 3.6 with Falcon and Rage getting hit by debris from Hercules' rock, and saying "Hey!".
