Double listing for Rexel Toiven

We list the Inhuman Rexel Toiven, introduced in INHS2 7, twice in the project. He is under REXEL TOIVEN and TOI/REXEL TOIVEN. They are the same character. He is referred to as Toi twice in INHS2, perhaps as a shortened nickname. If we wish to keep TOI/REXEL TOIVEN, this currently holds the correct chronology; REXEL TOIVEN only lists INHS2 7.
