Captain America's chronology has him appearing in Avengers 52 between CA 101, where he ends up floating in the sea after the Fourth Sleeper destroys Red Skull's island base, and CA 102, where he's in a naval hospital, after having been picked up by the coast guard. Cap then leaves the hospital to go after the Sleeper before it can attack again, and together with Agent 13, he defeats the Sleeper.
His appearance in Avengers 52 has Cap intending to visit the Avengers, having "just returned from battling the Sleeper," when he casually takes out some muggers along the way. This cannot occur between CA 101 & CA 102. I would suggest that this single-panel scene must occur after Cap has battled and defeated the Sleeper in CA 102.
