Also, looking at the IM 74 flashbacks, i noticed a problem with the position of IM 74-FB for Red Skull. In this flashback, Red Skull tells Black Lama that he has his own plans for conquest, and a footnote tells us these plans were seen recently in Captain America and the Falcon. That means the IM 74-FB must occur prior to CA 182-186 for Red Skull, not afterwards. This placement also works better for keeping the Dr Doom, Red Skull, and Fu Manchu flashbacks sequential, as they are for Black Lama. "John Smith" should probably also be added to Red Skull's name.

Multiple flashbacks in a story can be condensed into one flashback, without page breakdowns, unless
a) the flashbacks take place out of order, or
b) the flashback(s) are split by some other appearance.

However, once a flashback has been split, then ALL flashbacks in that story (for that character) receive page notations. Therefore, the flashbacks for your other characters are listed correctly, except for a minor adjustment to Firebrand:

The flashbacks in IM 59 are condensed into one, but the FB-FB in IM 59 keep their page notations, because they're split by other appearances.
