Psylocke and Ebony Blade betweeen New Excalibur, New X-Men and Black Panther

I found a number of inconsistencies regarding the chronology of New Excalibur, concerning Psylocke and the Ebony Blade.

Psylocke appears in NXCAL 8, where she fights with the Shadow King and disappears into the multiverse (and will not reappear until EX 90). This forces NXCAL 8 to take place after NX2 32, the funeral of several fallen after the M-Day, in which Betsy would be present (you can see her in the crowd).

But NX32 takes place after BP4 22, where War Machine (Rhodey piloting a Sentinel) appears and where Black Panther uses the Ebony Blade taken from the Vatican Black Knight. At the beginning of BP4 22, however, T'Challa and Ororo are in London where Captain Britain asks for the return of the Ebony Blade (and T'Challa refuses it). In the chronology of Captain Britain BP4 22 is placed after NXCAL 15 because it is there that the Black Knight (Whithman) discovers and reveals to Brian that his Blade of Ebony is not the original.

Therefore something must change. I believe that the simplest narrative shift is that of BP4 22 after NX2 32, and condense the events of NCAL 8-15 between NX 32 and BP4 22. In this way the appearances of Psylocke and the revelations on the Ebony Blade remain coherent, while as regards War Machine and the other characters they would undergo some irrelevant changes.

A change must also be made in the Iron Man chronology, to place BP4 22 after TB 108 (since Ms Marvel appears in NX2 32 after TB 108). Furthermore, this would also resolve a little incongruity with the Demolition Squad appearing in NXCAL 13 (In this way they can appear after being part of Zemo's Thunderbolts army, instead of during it as it would seem now).
