Iron Fist, Lt Scarfe, and Angar the Screamer appear in a flashback which occurs between M/PRM 25 and IF 1. Khumbala Bey is literally just off panel in the flashback, and he doesn't appear to have a listing. Iron Fist and Sir Denis Nayland Smith also appear in a flashback in MOKF@ 1.
