Captain America in T 502 and IH2 445

Captain America has T 502-BTS followed by IH2 445. Thor has IH2 445 followed by T 502.

Both issues say they are after UX 336, which is true in the MCP.

Cap is BTS in T 502 because Jane Foster says he told her where to find Thor. So it makes sense that his BTS should be on the same side of IH2 445 as T 502 itself. And T 502 fits better after IH2 445 because Thor is psyching himself up for the climactic battle in A 402 and ONS:M/U. (The BTS could also be within IH2 445 after the last point Thor is seen in that issue, but why complicate things.)
