SYNOPSIS:
With Reed and Sue on vacation with the kids, Ben and Johnny fall asleep while watching movies. They're awoken by an alarm. When they activate the security protocols, a bell appears. Ben accuses Johnny of pulling a prank, but Johnny denies it. Ben rings the bell and Dr. Strange appears. Dr. Strange teleports the three of them to a grave in England; the grave belongs to Vincent Destine and it's been ripped open and energy is spilling from it, causing time to fluctuate around the grave. Two spirits appear, but they're too late to stop Dr. Strange, Ben and Johnny from being pulled into the time stream. Dr. Strange appears before an adult Vincent Destine, who warns Dr. Strange that it's too late to stop things. Johnny appears before an adolescent Vincent at Woodstock in 1969. Vincent thinks Johnny is a Fire-Sprite and shrinks Johnny to trap him in a jar. Unfortunately, nearby police think Vincent set some fires (actually residual effects of Johnny's flame) and beat Vincent up. Johnny tries to escape but when he does he finds himself surrounded by demons. Ben finds himself before a child-age Vincent, who thinks Ben is an elemental he summoned to protect Vincent. The two travel back in time and they're attacked by Roman soldiers. They travel back further and see demons battling dinosaurs. When Johnny escapes from the demons he finds himself still trapped in Vincent's jar, but they're no longer at Woodstock. Instead, Adam Destine and Vincent are visiting with Albert Einstein. Johnny tries to escape again, but is surrounded by demons again. Dr. Strange and adult Vincent are attack by a hoard of demons. Ben and Vincent find a giant temple and are attacked by demons. Vincent takes them back to young Vincent's time. Vincent sends Ben away, and Ben appears before teenage Vincent and saves him from muggers. Vincent decides the world is a cruel place and he wants to make it better. Vincent brings Ben to his family (the Destines) and accuses them of squandering their gifts; they could have helped elevate humanity. Instead they kept to themselves. Vincent attacks the Destines and Adam kills Vincent, declaring that Vincent had gone insane. Dr. Strange discovers that Vincent is possessed by demons, and has been for a long time. With Vincent dead, Dr. Strange, Ben and Johnny are all pulled back to the present. Once back at the Baxter Building, Ben and Johnny decide to get some pizza.

NOTE:
Time travel!

Albert Einstein died in 1955, so the part where Adam & Vincent visit him has to happen before that.

DAREDEVIL ANNUAL v3 #1 (2012)

SYNOPSIS:
As Daredevil swings through the city he hears Human Torch and Thing order pizza. He comes across a crime scene and sees a woman convince police to forget about her. She senses Daredevil's presence and tries to possess him, but she becomes lost in his memories and radar sense. Daredevil chases her but loses her in the sewers. He finds a band of homeless people; one of them leads Daredevil to where he saw the monster that killed the people at the crime scene. Daredevil finds an empty housing unit that held one of Starr Saxon's plastoid robots. Meanwhile, the plastoid robot continues to kill people as it makes its way through the city. Daredevil tracks the robot but is interrupted when Dominic Destine attacks him. Dominic reveals the woman is his sister Jasmine Destine and they're both looking for their brother Vincent, but she thinks it’s a demon posing as Vincent. Daredevil defeats Dominic. Dr. Strange appears, who reveals he senses something that could be Vincent. Jasmine finds the robot at the museum, but it attacks her. Daredevil arrives and battles the robot, eventually destroying it. Dr. Strange arrives with Dominic, but Jasmine and Dominic disappear before they can answer Daredevil's questions. Dr. Strange and Daredevil discuss whether Vincent was possessing the robot or a demon, or both. Without answers, Daredevil leaves to patrol the city.

WOLVERINE ANNUAL v2 #1 (2012)

FLASHBACK:
Vincent Destine gives a demon box to Chen Yu. Later, Logan battles Chen Yu and his Dragon Warriors. Chen Yu opens a box which releases a demon that attacks Logan. Adam Destine arrives and kills the demon, saving Logan.
SYNOPSIS:
The ClanDestine arrives in New York in search of Vincent. Meanwhile, Wolverine wakes up and answers a call from dam to repay his debt, but finds Jasmine instead. Jasmine reveals Adam is dead and she's calling in the favor. Meanwhile, an archeologist sees what he can save from the museum where Daredevil battled the plastoid robot. The robot's remains reform and kills the archeologist. Dr. Strange meets with the ClanDestine and tells them he thinks that Vincent was released from his grave (FF Annual #33) and was transferred via satellite to the plastoid robot (DD Annual #1). They notice an energy fluctuation at the museum and travel there. Meanwhile, Wolverine and Jasmine enter the museum and find Vincent. Vincent tells them he's not a demon and attacks Wolverine with a clone army of Heliopolitan hybrids. Vincent tells Jasmine he wants to possess Wolverine and is testing his body to see how much punishment it can take. The Clandestine arrives and battle the clone army of Heliopolitan hybrids, but too late to help Wolverine. Vincent tries to possess Wolverine, but the presence of Rory and Pandora interferes with Vincent's powers. Vincet begins to crumble and Wolverine kills him. They decide it really was Vincent, but he was corrupted by demons at a young age. Wolverine scolds Jasmine for taking people for granted (meaning, she assumed Wolverine would help for and didn't ask for it). She apologizes and says it just seemed like the easiest way to get things done. Wolverine says that how Vincent thought, and asks whose example he was following.

NOTE:
The recent Wolverine Index already placed this flashback for Wolverine for us.
