In Punisher #6, the Hood shows a bunch of resurrected villains an image of Scourge, wearing his hat and skull mask, killing two super-villains with a rifle. I originally thought this was just an rfb to Cap #319, but in that issue Scourge is disguised as a bartender. The super-villain on the left in this image looks like Basilisk, but he was killed alone in FF #289.
So what and who are we seeing in Punisher #6? Is this just an image conjured up by the Hood or does it show an actual event from the past?

Scourge didn't make an actual on-panel appearance in the white skull-mask outfit until after the original Scourge arc was over; that outfit actually debuted in his OHOTMU entry. If this is an actual flashback image, it definitely isn't a flashback to the death of any of the villains he's known to have killed up through CA 350 or so.

I'm inclined to consider this a conjured up image involving Scourge and a couple of unidentified villains.
