Where was Omega Red's real name, Arkady Rossovich, revealed?

I don't know if this helps, but Omega Red's sheet from the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Master Edition #34 (1993) lists his name as "Arkady (rest of name unrevealed)."

In X 4, Wolverine refers to Omega Red as Arkady. In X 18, the Soul Skinner refers to Omega Red as Vasyliev Arkady.He's referred to as Arkady Russovich in C2 10, but I'm not sure if that was the first time. (Strangely, X 18 and C2 10 were both written by Fabian Nicieza.)
ETA: Omega Red is also referred to Arkady Russovich in C2 9.

It's spelled Russovich in C2 9 and 10.

Guys:

Just an observation... Not knowing anything about the Soul Skinner, I will still bet that Vasyliev(Basilson) is Omega Red's middle name. Although usually not in reverse order, in Russian society, friends, colleagues and family often refer to each other in friendly/earnest/intimate conversation by their first and middle names(the middle name being a patronymic(son of)moniker.

I found "Rossovich" in Gen X #11. I think that's the first time it was spelled that way, unless anyone can point me to an earlier instance.
