This seems like bunk to me. My notes for the following comics don't have Namor making an actual appearance in current scenes of the following comics. I'm sorry I don't have the time to go back and recheck these for any sort of appearance, but I hope this helps.
Adam: Legend of the Blue Marvel #5
Amazing Spider-Man #530
Atlas #4
Captain America v4 #12
Captain America v5 #4, 7, 31
Captain America v1 #600
Captain America: Forever Allies #1
Dark Avengers #1
Dark Reign: Fantastic Four #2
Dark Reign: Made Men #1
Domination Factor: Fantastic Four #2.3, 3.5
Fantastic Four #536
Last Defenders #5
Mighty Avengers #12
Secret Invasion: Amazing Spider-Man #3
Thanos #1, 4
Valkyrie (one-shot)
Perhaps a few have flashbacks or non-appearance cameos with Namor in them.
The Subby in Onslaught Reborn #3-5 is the Heroes Reborn version.

Dark Avengers 1 is the same scene of Secret Invasion: Dark Reign (Morgana is watching the Cabal from the past).

What kinds of appeararances does this site list?
I just added CA5 4 & 7 to the MCP, within the last couple of weeks. If there's anything other than a rehashback or dream sequence in those two stories, then my face is red.

This info is from comics.org. They list all kinds of stuff, including rehashbacks, cover-only appearances, pin-ups, dream/memory appearances, etc. Usually they specifically note if a character appears in some other way than a straight appearance, but I guess that all depends on who entered that particular issue into the database -- and they tend not to differentiate between new flashbacks and "rehash" flashbacks.
All of the comics I listed (or, most anyway) have Namor listed as appearing *without* a qualifier like "dream," "cover only", etc. -- or their qualifier is vague enough (like "cameo") that I wasn't sure if the appearance was valid or not.

Atlas 4/2 has an alternate universe Namor. The Valkyrie one-shot has a non-specific shot of Namor, amongst others, as Val remembers the Defenders. Cap #31 has a fake-FB Namor as Faustus tries to brainwash Bucky.

Supernaturals was set in an alternate universe. Unless there was a framing sequence or crossover into Earth-616 that I'm unaware of, any characters appearing in that series are alternate versions that only appeared in that series.
