Does Season One graphic novels (excluding Avengers and Doctor Strange) contradict established continuity? Can you give examples, please?

I know about canon status of Iron Man and Ant-Man issues - they're contain a lot of inconsistencies. What about others (Daredevil, Thor, FF, etc.)?
