Marvel Team-Up #119

This is clearly taking place immediately after Spider-Man and Gargoyle go through the window in Defenders #109. I'm not sure why the chronology for Gargoyle places it after the Avengers annual.

Re: Valkyrie in Avengers #83

Comicbookdb is not in error. I submitted the error after seeing it here in ChronologyProject. I have since removed it on Comicbookdb, but Avengers #83 is absent from Brunnhilde's appearances here and present on Parrington's appearances here.

Valkyrie in Avengers #83

I sent potentially erroneous data to comicbookdb.com based on chronologyproject , but I wanted to check to see if there had been a retcon. You say that Samantha Parrington is the Valkyrie in this issue, but I just read it, and as far as any content in the issue itself goes, it's the Enchantress. Is ...

I could not find this on either Spider-Man's chronology or the issue search.

M/TIO 1

On the Man-Thing chronology, how was it determined that this issue comes between AIF 17 and 18, several months before it was published? The issue doesn't have close ties to other stories, except for IM@3, which takes place much later. I would propose that it come after M-T 1 based on these clues of ...

Gerber, Steve

SPOOF 4/2
M-T 3
M-T 4

The character in MT-4 for doesn't really look like Steve, but he is explicitly the same character in MT-3, who does. Reread it and MT-22 if you don't think it's Steve Gerber. marvunapp.com knows that it's Steve Gerber.

Re: Bobbi Morse/Mockingbird first appearance

Yes, it does seem strange. It may be an aftereffect that the story of AT-12-FB was intended to appear in the second issue of Savage Tales in July 1971, so it got chucked around for a while. As strange as it may seem, the girl who runs out in the rain is Bobbi Morse. She shows up in the Savage land i...

Bobbi Morse/Mockingbird first appearance

I just bought and read Astonishing Tales #6. I don't believe Bobbi Morse appears in the issue. The only female characters in the issue are an Englishwoman who runs out in the rain, a teenage girl with a mohawk who appears to be Ka-Zar's friend's daughter, and Damon's fiancée in the flashback. Could ...

Man-Thing I

What is Man-Thing I listed in ToS #81? I tried to note that there ahd been an ealier Man-Thing in that issue in the Man-Thing Wikipedia entry, but it got deleted because comics.org does not note such an appearance. Can someone provide detail?

Kales in GR3 #76

This is a mistake. I read that issue, and I didn't see any Kales until the next issue. There is no flashback. It's mostly a big fight with Vengeance.

Strange Tales

In the key, the years for Strange Tales 5 are not given. A search for ST5 1 brings up the Man-Thing/Werewolf by Night series. A search for ST4 1 yields no result. I suspect that there are only four volumes of Fantastic Four, while the one-shots like Dark Corners and Thing/Strange/Torch are one shots...
