Re: X-Men: Chaos War mistakes

All in all I am just disgusted at the lack of research the writer did to make so many mistakes. Especially when the character that had the most mistakes was Thunderbird. This is a character that has maybe a dozen comic appearances in total, so it is not that difficult to get a decent handle on his ...

X-MEN ORIGINS one-shots

The X-Men Origins one-shots are listed as "X-MEN ORGINS". And X-Men Origins: Colossus is listed twice, as XO:C and XO:C 1.

Chameleon in TTA 64/2

In the Hulk's story in Tales To Astonish 64 the Leader gets a video-call from the Chameleon, but it isn't listed in the Chameleon chronology.

Re: Hail Hydra 4

It's possible that the Red Immortals are a special class of vampires that hadn't been eradicated. The use of "Red Immortals" is peculiar. I don't remember any vampires having clanic names before. They may not be true vampires as well but immortals who became immortal through a vampirism-l...

Re: Other company's characters

Wolframbane's post here got me thinking. Are there any cases where we've listed another company's character appearing in that company's books? I know we list the joke characters like Clark Kent, but only in Marvel books. I know we list JLA/A, but only Marvel characters. Does anyone know? X-Force/Yo...

Re: February call for analyses

The death of Balder means the story cannot be reconciled with the Marvel Universe (unless Balder is somehow resurrected behind the scenes before the modern age?) I can't check it right now, but I believe it is a Marvel Knights mini, isn'it? Marvel Knights minis (the "new" Marvel Knights) ...

Re: 80's FF 1 (was: Error in Thanos chronology)

Yes, with the latest hints and references to real time (about two years from the the birth of New Avengers to the end of Siege) we have to assume that FF 1 is shifted again on the timeline... I think that by now it's supposed to take place around 16-17 years ago, around 1994.

Re: Error in Thanos' chronology

FF 1 is supposed to have happened in the '80s according to Marvel Time, Where does this come from? Oh sorry! The whole movable calendar/timeline/thingy. You know, the references in the X-Men: the Hidden Years series as taking place in the '80s. ... and in Marvel: The Lost Generation. And in Captain...

Dark Avengers 1 is the same scene of Secret Invasion: Dark Reign (Morgana is watching the Cabal from the past).

Re: Complete list of Namor's 1940s/50s and 2000s appearances?

Yes, at the start of "Siege: the Cabal", Doom demands that Osborn "cease his campaign against Namor", which we saw in Dark reign: the List: X-Men. But Doom *also* demands, several times, that Osborn "produce Namor". Meaning, "bring Namor to me right now." Whi...

Re: January call for analyses

I'll sign up for Iceman & Angel. Looks like they're in their First Class uniforms. I believe Captain America & The Korvac Saga #1-4 is a complete re-working of the story with different Avengers involved. They've left out some and added others (I believe they include Spider-Man as if he's a ...

Re: Complete list of Namor's 1940s/50s and 2000s appearances?

Thanks for your replies, everyone. Keep 'em coming! Question: in SIEGE: THE CABAL, Dr. Doom appears before Norman Osborn and demands that he "produce Namor." Osborn refuses and a fight ensues. Was Osborn holding Namor captive at this time? I don't recall Osborn ever capturing him. Is this...
