The X-Men Origins one-shots are listed as "X-MEN ORGINS". And X-Men Origins: Colossus is listed twice, as XO:C and XO:C 1.

In the Hulk's story in Tales To Astonish 64 the Leader gets a video-call from the Chameleon, but it isn't listed in the Chameleon chronology.
