X-Men Legends v2 issues #5 and #6 depict Bishop's story before his first appearance in UX 282.

However, the story is framed by Bishop's thoughts during Malcolm and Randall's funeral, who die in UX 287.

So those issues should be placed in this era, after UX 287.
