I’ve consulted prior posts on the subject, in particular this one, which contains a lot of valuable info. In the years since this topic was created, a number of the problems mentioned here have since been fixed, but not all of them. I’m treating these all together since they’re all interconnected.
Algernon Crowe & Bronwen Gryfnn list Shadow Riders 2 before Dark Angel 12, while Dark Angel has them the other way around. Dark Angel’s appearance in SHDWR 2 is a single panel, where she’s depicted as being in the Urals, but i couldn’t see any other reference to her being in the Urals in any of the surrounding comics. Ghost Rider is prominent in the issue, and he lists it after Mys-Tech Wars. Dark Angel 9-12 is a single story-arc which encompasses Mys-Tech Wars, so i’m inclined to say that Dark Angel’s listing is the correct placement.
Algernon Crowe also lists Battletide 1 after Plasmer 1-4, but Captain America lists Plasmer 3-4 after SECDEF 6-8, and well after Thor 458. Hercules lists BTIDE 2-4 between Mys-Tech Wars & Thor 458. Wolverine lists BTIDE 1-4 after Dark Angel 11-12, and before SECDEF 1-3 & FF 374. Spider-Man lists SSM 203 & SECDEF 6-8 after FF 378. Therefore, BTIDE 1 should go between Dark Angel 12 & Plasmer 1-4 for Algernon Crowe. Gene Dogs 1-4 is listed in there, and since BTIDE 1 was released a year before Gene Dogs, i would place BTIDE first.

My old nemesis, Sleepwalker, lists SLEEP 25/2, 30, 19 (20 - 22), and 20-29 all after Infinity Crusade, but Hobgoblin lists SLEEP 20-22 prior to DLOK2 26, which is definitely correct as SLEEP 21-22 is referenced in that issue, and Deathlok has this prior to Infinity Crusade. DLOK2 29 is tied into Infinity Crusade, so that can’t be moved.

An unscarred Thing appears in Quasar 50, placing this prior to FF 374. This has been mentioned in a number of posts over the years, but it’s never been fixed. Looking into the comics, i haven’t seen anything preventing this move for the characters who would be affected: Dr Strange, Human Torch, Modred the Mystic, Moondragon, Silver Surfer, and Thing, plus Thunderstrike & Uatu due to their appearance in Q 47.
Doctor Strange lists Darkhold 5-7 sometime after MTW, but Punisher lists these issues prior to MMOUTH&KP 6, and Motormouth lists MMOUTH&KP 6-9 prior to MTW. Punisher's listing appears to be the correct one.
