Scourge II in ASM 277

Scourge II has the following listing:
SCOURGE II
ASM 277
M/FAN 29
ASM 278
CA 320
...
I see him in ASM 278, but where is he supposed to be in ASM 277? He's always disguised, so I may have missed him. He doesn't seem to be in ASM 277/2 neither. The first Scourge appears in ASM 276 and is listed.

I’m not seeing Scourge in ASM 277 either, and the Index didn’t list a Scourge appearing in ASM 277.
Also, some Scourge appearances have been given to the successor which needs to be fixed. According to the Cap & ASM Index:
