Wasp in ULTSM 31

Janet Van Dyne appears in ULTSM 31, when Nick Fury sends her to treat Peter for a gunshot wound.
Her appearance is listed before ULTS 2, but she claims to be already a member of the Ultimates (and in fact Peter recognizes her) and according to Nick Fury's chronology at this point we are already beyond the press conference presenting the Ultimates (ULTS 3).
