Both Graydon Creed and Senator Kelly have XF 123 listed twice in their chronologies. However, they both only appear in one scene each.
In XF 123, Creed gets a donation for his presidential campaign from “Mr. Harper,” who asks Creed about the progress on the Hound Program. Two days later, Senator Kelly meets with Val Cooper to report he can’t find any evidence of the Hound Program; she takes him to the Hound Program’s headquarters only to find a farm where it was.
That’s all these two do in XF 123, and there’s no way they appear in a different comic (or more in Creed’s case) during that one scene they’re each in.
In UX 333 Senator Kelly calls the X-Men in a panic. As Kelly tries to warn the X-Men, Graydon Creed sets off a bomb. It seems that the relatively calm Kelly in XF 123 should occur before the terrified Kelly in UX 333.
