Beyonder meets Spider-Man and the New Mutants after he meets the X-Men in SWII 8 (MARVELS:EYE 4 expands the X-Men/Beyonder meeting). All of this is before NM 37 and ASM 274 for both Spider-Man and the New Mutants, respectively. So, MARVELS:EYE 4 should be moved to during the SWII 8 placement before NM 37. After this, there’s a break during page 26 (thanks to an editor's note) for Beyonder to then appear in NM 37 and ASM 274.
Also, Spider-Man stops a guy from committing suicide in SWII 8-FB.
